How long do refund requests take to complete?

As soon as you confirm your cancelation, we forward it to the airline. Typically, this happens within 6 business days from the time you submit your request. While most airlines process refunds within 7-10 business days, the entire process - from cancelation until we process the payment - can take 15-20 business days

Please note that we have no control over your bank or payment providers' processing times. You can check your refund status in MyBookings under the 'Check-in' tab. Here you will find the most up-to-date information available. Our Support agents won't have any additional details to provide you beyond what is available there.
